Day Camp

If you only want to Pick and Choose day class course. This is an option for you.

Pick–up: 11:30 A.M

 Our summer  Dessert and Cake camp is not like any other camp your child has ever attended.  

If your child loves to bake, wants to help you when you’re in the kitchen and loves all the cake decorating shows on TV, our camp is the perfect fit.  This is a hands on fun learning edible camp.  

We will have a variety of hands on classes: Hands on fondant cutter and molds activity, cupcakes and cake decorating, Fruit Dessert placement.  The best part is that every day your child will be able to take home their creations. Our main focus is to inspire your child, their love of baking and the art of cake decorating.

​Activities to Choose from:

• 1st Day- WEDNESDAY- Cupcakes- Under the sea Theme

• 2nd Day- THURSDAY-Cakesicles-Jungle Animal Theme

• 3rd Day- FRIDAY-Fruit Tart-Fruit Placement Technique

• 4th Day-SATURDAY- Cake Decorating-Safari Theme

• Extras:Creating various edible toppers

• And much, much more!!

 Depending on the Day Camp/Course you choose: Your child will learn each step of the process of cake constructing and decorating. We will focus on a variety of skills including, cake decorating and treat making, tools & equipment.  They will learn how to properly prepare piping bags, use  a variety of sculpting tools. Kids will learn how to construct the cake and frost every step of the way - level, fill, crumb coat, and decorate.   

The camp will be held at Con Besos Studio. 405 N. Willis Ct. Visalia Ca 93291

Our camps main focus is to inspire your child to use their imagination, apply artist expression,  and to focus on creativity all while having fun!

​Your Child will be provided morning snack.

Each day the children will take home the pastries and sweets they have made.

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation/withdrawl processing of $100 if cancellation is made 14 days before the Camp... NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be allowed for cancellations made after this time. 

 Cancellations made at less than 2 weeks prior to the camp will receive Absolutely NO refund.  Any and ALL  all monies paid will be forfeited if you give less than 2 weeks cancellation. You may transfer your child’s tuition and spot to another child.

 ABSENCE / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Absences, withdrawals, no-shows or dismissals will not be eligible for refunds, transfers or make-ups.

SICK POLICY

Your child will be sent home if (s)he exhibits any of the following symptoms: high fever (101°F or higher), extremely red eyes(Pink Eye), vomiting, diarrhea, sever cough or difficulty breathing. Refunds will not be issued for days missed.

DISCIPLINARY ISSUES 

Include disruption of training, fighting, hitting, and defiance will not be tolerated. 1st incident parent will be called. 2nd incident parent will be asked to come get child.  3rd incident child will not be allowed to return to camp and will not be eligible for transfer, makeup, and NO refund will be issued .

ALLERGY NOTICED

CON BESOS is NOT an allergy safe environment. If your child has food allergies, please keep this in mind and be aware, thus might not be the best environment based on the type and degree of allergy.
